Grounding Exercise as a Visualisation



Sit down or stand up. Which ever makes you comfortable?

• Plant your feet on the ground
• Visualise roots going in the ground in to the earth
• Be still and feel the energy rising from the earth
• Let it slowly come back up towards your Solar Plexus
• Raise your arms towards the ceiling
• Visualise the energy coming back up from the Solar Plexus
• Bring it slowly up towards the head
• Now visualise branches coming out of your head and hands
• Stay like this and feel the energy rising
• Let the energy now go towards your raised arms
• Feel the energy going up to your head and your arms
• Stay like this and feel the energy
• Let the energy come back down slowly again towards your feet
• Stay like this for a moment
